About the Mammoth Hunter

Hello, my name is Sean. I am an educator, primitive skills expert, and experiential archaeology consultant based in Central Wisconsin. For nearly a decade, I have had the privilege of sharing the fascinating world of our Stone Age ancestors through my educational programs.

My journey began with a life lived outdoors—hunting, fishing, and camping alongside my father and brothers. That foundation evolved into over 25 years of dedicated study in bushcraft, primitive skills, and wilderness survival. My work focuses on the practical application of prehistoric technologies; I don't just study these tools, I replicate and use them to understand how our ancestors truly lived.

From schools and libraries to museums and living history events, I have spent the last eight years bringing the Paleolithic to audiences across Wisconsin. My mission is to take the complex subject of prehistory and make it accessible, tangible, and engaging for all ages.

I believe that knowledge only has value when it is shared. So, thank you for joining me on this hunt for knowledge!
