Programs:
The Mammoth Hunters
This program offers an engaging and educational journey into the world of our prehistoric ancestors. Utilizing museum-quality replicas of fossils and artifacts, "The Mammoth Hunters" immerses participants in a reenactment of a woolly mammoth hunt that occurred in Wisconsin nearly 15,000 years ago.
Throughout this experience, participants will explore the challenges and triumphs of Ice Age survival. The program delves into the ecosystems of the period, introducing participants to the giant predators and remarkable survival skills that allowed our ancestors to thrive.
Demonstrations of prehistoric technologies - including the use of atlatls (spear throwers), fire by friction, and prehistoric musical instruments - provide a hands-on look at the ingenuity of our ancestors. The program concludes with a Q&A session and a close-up viewing of the display, offering a unique photo opportunity and a chance for further exploration.
Hominids to Humans: The Dawn of Us
This program offers an immersive journey into the origins of the human species. By combining experiential archaeology with detailed fossil replicas, we bring the story of our ancient relatives to life.
"Hominids to Humans" moves beyond seeing these early hominids as static fossils or simple "ape men." Instead, we present them as thriving, dynamic members of our family tree. Each segment pairs fossil evidence of each species with the tools and survival skills that allowed these ancestors to navigate a world of immense danger and challenge.
Through this engaging and educational experience, participants will gain a deeper understanding of human evolution and the remarkable resilience of our lineage. The program concludes with a Q&A session and a close-up viewing of the display, offering a unique photo opportunity and a chance for further exploration.

What if we have to be indoors? No problem! We adapt our demonstrations for indoor venues without sacrificing the educational experience.
